Only PWEA members, according to their tax number, which are invoiced for annual membership fees, are entitled to use a discount.
Other entities, for example special purpose vehicles, national agendas being part of a group, a corporation etc. as separate entities, are subjected to category "Other".

In case of improper category selection PWEA will issue an invoice for participation in the Forum in the amount increased with the difference stemming from the appropriate category.

ACCOMMODATION IN MARRIOTT HOTEL IN WARSAW
For your convenience we have booked a number of rooms in Marriott hotel in Warsaw at a special price (single room: 340,00 PLN + 7%VAT, dobule room: 420,00 PLN+ 7%VAT). The price includes breakfast. To book please mark one of the boxes below.

Payment for accommodation is to be made by the participants directly at the hotel.

Change in or resignation from accommodation requires written notification sent by e–mail to biuro@psew.pl or fax: 091/48 62 538

Changes may be made no later than on 10 November 2009. Resignation after 31 October 2009 or lack of resignation notification will result in you being charged for the room.

RESIGNATION / MODIFICATION PROCEDURE

All changes and resignations must be made in writing. In case of resignation, we expect information by 31 October2009 and in case of changes by 10 November 2009 by e–mail to biuro@psew.pl or fax: + 48 91 48 62 538.

In case of resignation made after 31 October 2009 PWEA will not return participation fees paid.

Transfer

Registration must be accompanied by a fee paid by 09 October 2009 inclusive in case of early registration and by 17 November 2009 inclusive in case of standard registration,
